Your Cooking Holiday Accommodations

Your Italian cooking holidays are hosted at a country house-style bed and breakfast in the small town of Agerola on the Amalfi Coast. The country house is surrounded by an attractive garden, where guests can relax in the shade of a tree or read a good book. And there’s also a lovely gazebo overlooking the ocean. Take time to sunbathe, grab a warm shower, relax on the chaise, or drink a glass of fresh prosecco.

As the sun begins to set, sip a cool apperitivo on the terrace overlooking the azure sea. Drink in the brightness of the moonlight under the stars. You’re surrounded by chestnut and fig trees. Scented jasmine wafts in the air. Gorgeous geraniums, flowering lavender, and terracotta pots dripping with rosemary bushes, mint, herbs, fill the night air with scent.

Each bedroom has a terrace or balcony offering enchanting sea views. Vietri’s ceramic tiles line each bedroom. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and hair-dryer, and a TV. Breakfast is served each morning in the breakfast hall dining area. Wi-fi internet and daily maid service is provided for your convenience, making it a true holiday.

Between cooking classes, take advantage of a walk through the pathways leading to impressive and unforgettable sights. You can walk to the old Lauritanos Castle, from which you can see the entire Amalfi Coast.

Explore the town of Agerola for breathtaking panoramas over the coast, including the cities of Amalfi and Praiano. Why not trek through the Path of the Gods for the more adventurous? Leaving from Bomerano in Agerola, this trek leads you through some of Italy’s most stunning countryside. Along paths and trails cut into the dramatic Amalfi landscape high above the Mediterranean, your jaw will drop.

You may want to spend some time in Amalfi and enjoy lunch at a waterfront restaurant. Or, explore the winding streets of Positano with its striking tumble of pastel-colored houses clinging to the cliffs. Discover its cathedral, beach, and pretty boutiques, too. It’s all here for the taking, and of course, the breathtaking views are around every corner.

Pottery lovers will want to spend a day at Vietri Sul Mare. Here, you can stop off and watch artisan potters in their workshops. You can even order a dinner set of distinctive local pottery to have as a souvenir, as most artisans offer international shipping.

Suppose you’re really looking to splurge (and why wouldn’t you?). In that case, you can also rent a private boat to Capri for your free day. You could also consider a little cruise around the Amalfi Coast in a private boat. You start from Minori by visiting Pandora Grotto, the Natural Arch in Conca dei Marini, and Sophia Lorens Villa. Next, you’ll see Emerald Grotto, Furores Fiord, and the Isle of Galli. Last but not least, you’ll spend 3 hours on a little beach having your lunch pack.
